STEPS
1. Add tests you need below to cart and checkout
2. We will send you an invoice for the tests or contact you through email if we need additional information
3. Once invoice is paid, we will send you a Referral Form for the tests
4. Print Referral Form & take to Clinical Labs Pathology to get blood taken
5. We will get sent the test results. Book in with a practitioner to go over the results or reach out to us to send them to you.
