Since I was little, I’ve been a big questioner, always wondering “Why?” This sometimes annoyed my parents, but I just couldn’t help it. Even as a kid, I loved reading about all things natural health, holistic medicine, herbal remedies, and healthy eating.

My interest in this was made even stronger when I faced my own health challenges. This is what made me decide to formally study Naturopathic Medicine at Endeavour College of Natural Health back in 2015, all while taking care of my two little ones.

I have lived experience as a mother of two children with neurodiversity and have also worked with hundreds of families of ND kiddos to support them to thrive and flourish

My main goal is to help people by looking at their health from all angles. I enjoy creating customised plans to individual needs that include natural treatments, tips on healthy eating, and lifestyle interventions .

I’m extremely passionate about how these natural approaches can impact people’s lives for the better, making them feel great and helping them stay healthy.
